Our most important goal is to recruit the most worthy candidates. Once we receive the Demand Letter, related documentation is carried out with the client. We circulate all the documents to our branches and sub-agents across the country. We also place classified ads in leading news paper to reach out to suitable candidates. After short listing all the candidates who fit our requirement, we test their skills at Gulf Authorised Test Centers in the country. In some cases, we also arrange for telephonic interviews and test the candidates in our own office premises under the surveillance of professionals. The whole procedure is video recorded. We then send the list of shortlisted candidates to our clients as per their demands.
We also ensure that the candidate is physically fit for the job. Medical checkups complying with the immigration norms as well as the regulations of several corporates are performed. In some cases, we conduct the medical checkups at our end and ask the candidate to undertake the relevant tests at GAMCA MEDICAL CENTRE. A thorough check up at our end saves significant time and unnecessary complications in foreign lands.
There is an Orientation Programme after the candidate has been selected. Before his final departure, we also conduct an orientation programme, wherein he is familiarised with different crucial aspects like work culture of the prospective organisation, industrial practices, safety issues, labor laws and other relevant issues. This is done so that the time taken to acclimatize to the new job is negligible.
